At Rootly, we believe the little things matter. Every week, our product and engineering teams dedicate time to small passion projects: small but meaningful improvements to our product that make Rootly even more powerful, intuitive, and impactful. Many of these ideas come directly from conversations with our customers, as well as our own experience of being a customer of our own product.
This week, we’ve rolled out a series of quality of life improvements based on customer feedback and our own experience using Rootly.
A bit of what we've been working on...
- Clearer Organization Settings: We’ve reorganized Organization Settings to be more intuitive, giving users better control over their Rootly instance.
- Improved Responder Visibility: Responders can now only shadow rotations that they are not already a member of, preventing unnecessary duplication.
- Always-Accessible Dropdowns: Dropdown menus now respect your browser settings, ensuring they remain visible and accessible when needed.
- Smarter Workflow Building: Values in Workflow conditions are now alphabetized, making it easier to find what you need.
- Expanded Metrics Review: You can now review metrics by year, giving you a broader perspective on your data.
We’re always looking for ways to improve our product, so keep the feedback coming!
